Questions
How much is a .ng domain?
On its own: .com.ng ₦7,500 a year and .ng ₦16,000 a year at domain.onebit.ng. With Office, Starter includes a .com.ng and Business and Firm include a .ng, renewed with your plan.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. Choose "I already have a domain" when you add your business. Bought at domain.onebit.ng: Office uses it, nothing more to buy. Held somewhere else: it stays there, and Office shows the records to add where it's managed, ticking each one when it works.
Will my emails land in spam?
No. Office sets your domain up so your email lands in the inbox, before your first email goes out.
Can I keep using the Gmail app or iPhone Mail?
Yes. Every address works in the Gmail app and iPhone Mail, and in Outlook. Open the setup link or scan the QR and the address appears in the mail app already on the phone.
What happens if I stop paying?
Email and website stop at the end of the paid month. The domain stays yours until its own expiry date, and you can renew it alone.
Is there a phone app?
Office works in the browser on any phone today. The phone app is being built.
